The Behaviour Change Academy (BCA) is led by Founding Director Tanya Curtis, a nationally recognised behaviour specialist with extensive experience in clinical services, education, and business development.
Tanya holds a Master of Behaviour Management, a Master of Counselling, a Bachelor of Health Science (Behaviour Management), and an Associate Diploma of Education, and has been at the forefront of a behaviour change practice since 2002.
She has founded and grown a national multidisciplinary clinic, developed innovative programs, and mentored professionals across the behaviour change industry.
With a proven track record of supporting individuals, organisations, and entire sectors to achieve meaningful transformation, Tanya brings both deep expertise and genuine passion to BCA.
