The Behaviour Change Academy is an education and consulting organisation dedicated to empowering professionals, organisations, and industries with the knowledge, skills, and support required to offer meaningful behaviour change.
We offer consulting, supervision, education (including professional development, training and events), products and resources, and ongoing support.
The Behaviour Change Academy is led by Tanya Curtis, a nationally recognised behaviour specialist with a Master of Behaviour Management, a Master of Counselling, a Bachelor of Health Science (Behaviour Management), and an Associate Diploma of Education. Tanya brings over two decades of real-world business experience in behaviour change, clinical services, and leadership, and has founded and led a nationally recognised multidisciplinary clinic, with a team of over 60 (and still expanding), all supporting behaviour change in some way.
We offer tailored bespoke consulting, education, events and training, clinical supervision, professional development workshops, webinars, products, and much, much more.
Our services support professionals, teams, and organisations working in behaviour change, disability, education, mental wellness, and related sectors; in fact, anyone seeking to enhance their skills, implement effective strategies, and support positive and lasting behaviour change.
Our philosophy: wherever there is a human, there are behaviours; and we all have behaviours we would like to change.
We provide services both in-person and online, including live workshops, webinars, e-learning modules, and one-on-one or group consulting sessions to suit your needs and location.
Our workshops and courses are BCA-certified and provide certificates that can be used for professional development credits, depending on the professional body’s specific requirements. Please check individual professional body details or contact us for specifics.
